{"id":532,"date":"2012-02-06T05:58:15","date_gmt":"2012-02-06T05:58:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/truthindeed.com\/blog\/?p=532"},"modified":"2016-02-11T08:12:39","modified_gmt":"2016-02-11T08:12:39","slug":"mock-tuna-fish-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/truthindeed.com\/blog\/2012\/02\/06\/mock-tuna-fish-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Mock tuna fish salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n\u00bd cup raw sunflower seeds*<br \/>\n\u00bc cup raw almonds*<br \/>\n2 tablespoons water<br \/>\n1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice<br \/>\n\u00bc teaspoon Himalayan pink salt<br \/>\n1 tablespoon dried parsley-optional<br \/>\n1 teaspoon kelp*<br \/>\n1 tablespoon diced raw onion<\/p>\n<p><em>Directions:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>*Cover almonds and sunflower seeds in water and soak for 8 hours- or overnight. Drain and rinse well.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Put all ingredients (except onion) into food processor and process until mixed, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary.
