Ingredients:
\n1 whole orange- peeled, (or \u00bd cup orange juice)
\n1 tablespoon water
\n1\/2 tablespoon white miso- I use chickpea miso that I buy from a company called “Eastern Sun.”
\n1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/em>
\nAdd all ingredients to high speed blender and blend until smooth.<\/em><\/p>\n
