Ingredients:
\n1 whole orange- peeled
\n\u00bc cup water
\n1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
\n1\/2 tablespoon white miso paste- I use chickpea miso from “Eastern Sun.”
\n1 teaspoon chia seeds
\n2 tablespoons chopped pineapple- can use fresh, canned, or frozen
\n1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds<\/p>\n
