Ingredients:
\n1 tablespoon raw sesame seeds
\n1\/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
\n1\/2 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
\n1 small clove garlic- you can leave the peel on
\npinch pink Himalayan salt
\n1 teaspoon dried parsley
\n1 teaspoon dried chives
\n1\/4 cup water<\/p>\n

1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/em>
\n Put all ingredients in high speed blender (or single serve blender cup of Ninja blender) and blend until creamy.<\/em><\/p>\n

NOTE: This recipe can be easily doubled to tripled.<\/em>
