I have made this since the 1970’s! I don’t measure the ingredients- I just use what I need depending upon how many people I am feeding.
Ingredients:
Red cabbage- cut into chunks
Carrots- cut into 3 pieces each
Broccoli crowns- cut into large chunks
Directions:
Wash the carrots with a vegetable brush, then cut the ends off and cut each carrot into 3 pieces.
Put pieces into food processor bowl fitted with “S” blade, and pulse until mixture resembles cornmeal- then pour into a mixing bowl, scraping food processor bowl to get all of the carrots out.
Process red cabbage and broccoli the same way, adding each one to mixing bowl after they are processed.
Toss together and add creamy herb dressing– which is my favorite.
