Sunflower seed dressing

½ cup rinsed, raw, shelled, sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon water
½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried dill weed

Put all ingredients into blender, or single serve cup of Ninja blender, and blend until smooth.

NOTE: this will thicken as it sits, so you may need to add more water if you use it leftover.

It is delicious as a dip for crudités; or as a dressing on raw, green pea salad.
