2 cups cooked black beans, (or 1- 15 oz. can, drained and rinsed well)
2 cups cooked brown rice, or cooked quinoa or cooked millet
ΒΌ cup gluten-free bread crumbs*
1 teaspoon each:
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Himalayan pink salt
Italian seasoning
Tellicherry black pepper
Put all ingredients into food processor bowl fitted with “S” blade and process until mixed well.
Form mixture into patties and either grill or fry.
*I make my own bread crumbs from the crust of my gluten-free bread. Let crust dry out, then put into spice or coffee bean grinder and grind into fine crumbs.
