1 cup organic popcorn kernels
1 cup pure maple syrup
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Prepare the popcorn in a hot air popcorn maker. Place in large mixing bowl.
Pour maple syrup over popcorn and toss together with wooden spoon.
Spread into shallow baking pan and bake for 5 minutes. Stir and bake another 5 minutes.
Cool completely.
Store in airtight container.
NOTE: You may add pecans to the popcorn/syrup mixture before baking.
