Raw cranberry sauce

2 whole oranges- peeled and sectioned

3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries- 12 oz. package. If frozen, defrost before using

1 teaspoon allspice

3 tablespoons raisins*

1 teaspoon chia seeds- ground

2 tablespoons coconut sugar

Put all ingredients in blender and process until sauce is creamy.

*If raisins are hard, pulse the oranges to make juice, then soak raisins in orange juice for about 15 minutes before making sauce.

NOTE: for whole sauce, mix all ingredients, except cranberries, in blender jar and pulse until creamy. THEN add cranberries and pulse a few times until desired consistency is reached.

Tastes best when refrigerated for a few hours before serving. Keeps in refrigerator for about a week.
