ALL of my recipes are meat, dairy, egg, sugar and gluten- free. I also do not use ANY butter, margarine, or shortening. I use grapeseed oil and coconut oil to cook with, and first- cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil as seasoning (in place of butter).

I write most of these recipes myself, and will give credit where due to anyone else’s that I have posted here.
On that note- I really enjoy Jennifer Cornbleet’s recipes. She uses ingredients that are available locally- and that are not as expensive as the ingredients in some of the other raw recipes that we see. I bought her book “Raw Food Made Easy” and I love it! I also watch her videos on You Tube.

The appliances that I use are a Blendtec blender; Cuisinart food processor- I have a large one and a mini one; and a Cuisinart spice and nut grinder.

I make my own pasta in a Lello electric pasta maker.
I grind grain into flour using the Blendtec electric kitchen grain mill.

I bake in a counter top oven- Food Network brand; and reheat my baked goods in a toaster oven. I do not use a microwave.

You can find links on the “appliance shopping” page to buy these appliances.
